■ DSP end interrupt

The program execution control flag (see section 3.3, program control port section) of the program control port (see section 3.3, program control port section) by the DSP ENDI instruction (see section 4.5, “Instruction” ENDI instruction) (See) is set and the program has been terminated. This allows the main CPU to retrieve the results computed by the DSP.

■ Sound-Request interrupt

Interrupt generated by SCSP. For example, when a CD (Compact-Disk) is connected, the main level is notified using an interrupt from SCSP to display the level meter of this volume on the screen.

■ SMPC interrupt

For details on interrupts issued from SMPC, refer to the SMPC User's Manual.

■ PAD interrupt

Interrupt generated by user action. PAD is given as an example, but there are also cases where a mouse is connected.

DMA end interrupt

DMA-Illegal interrupt

When an attempt is made to execute DMA, if that parameter cannot be executed, this interrupt will notify you that DMA cannot be executed.

■ Sprite drawing end interrupt
