When
registration is executed, the registered source name is displayed as shown in the example below, indicating that registration is complete. In other words, the source file entity is not stored in the project, only that information is stored. This project is treated as one file and is represented by the icon as shown on the left.

The relationship between projects and sources is shown below.

The source registered in the project must be in the same folder as the project.
